We want you to feel confident when you shop with By Habi. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can return, exchange, or cancel an order, and what costs may apply. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.
You may request a return within 3 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Any request submitted after this 3-day window will not be eligible for a refund or return, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects or where required by applicable consumer protection rules.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition:
Unused and unworn.
Free from any stains, marks, or alterations.
Free from perfume or any strong odors.
With all original tags, labels, and packaging fully intact.
You must also provide a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email, invoice, or receipt). Items that arrive to us in a used, damaged, or altered condition may be rejected and sent back to you.
All returns must be pre-approved. We do not accept parcels that are sent back without prior authorization.

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation of the reason.
Our team will review your request and, if approved, send you detailed return instructions, including the return address and any required labels or documents.
Returns shipped without following our instructions, or without prior approval, may be refused and not processed.
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to confirm it meets all eligibility conditions.
If the return is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account. This part of the process is outside our control.
If the return is not approved (for example, due to signs of use, damage, or missing tags), we will notify you by email and offer to send the item back to you. In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply.
Unless the return is due to an error from our side, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
This includes courier fees, customs duties, taxes, and any additional handling charges related to the return.
Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, except where the return is approved because we sent a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
If the item is confirmed as faulty or wrong due to our error, we will either:
Provide a prepaid return label, or
Reimburse reasonable return shipping costs after receiving proof of payment.

For international orders, approved returns are generally processed as store credit, not cash refunds.
Store credit will be issued for the value of the returned items minus any return shipping fees, customs charges, or handling costs incurred by us.
This store credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used on future purchases through our website.
If a shipment is held in customs for more than 14 days and is then returned to us, any costs charged to us (including shipping, duties, or storage) will be deducted from the amount eligible for store credit. The remaining balance, if any, will be added to your By Habi account as store credit.
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged, except where they arrive damaged or defective. These include:
Customized or made-to-order items.
Gift cards or digital vouchers.
Promotional giveaways or complimentary items.
Items purchased during promotions, special offers, or at discounted/sale prices.

We understand that you may change your mind shortly after placing an order.
You may request to cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been packed or handed over to the courier.
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately by email at madebyhapi@gmail.com and include your order number in the subject line.
If a cancellation request is received after the 4-hour window, or after the order has been processed, we reserve the right to:
Charge a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the item’s price to cover processing, preparation, and administrative costs; or
Decline the cancellation if the order has already been shipped, in which case you may still use the normal return process (subject to all return conditions and shipping costs).
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible:

Attach clear photos of the item and describe the issue in detail.
After reviewing your case, we may offer one of the following solutions:
Replacement of the item (subject to stock availability).
Store credit for the value of the item.
Full refund to the original payment method.
In these cases, we will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping or arrange a courier pickup, as appropriate.
By Habi reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions set out in this policy. We may update or amend this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will apply to orders placed after the revised policy is published on our website.
